2) Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? A: Located in Changshu city, Jiangsu Province, China. About 1.5 hours bus from Shanghai. Or 1 hour from Wuxi airport and 1 hour from Suzhou north train station. Welcome to vist us !

4) Q: Can I get samples? A: Yes. We can send free swatches and samples in A4 size, but express freight collect. If you have UPS , DHL ,TNT or FedEx account, please send us information. If you want kilos, please contact us for a best price for you.
5) Q: May I have a trail order? A: Of course! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ is 200 square meters.
6) Q: What's the time of delivery? A: Basic item we can send 5-7 work days since we have raw materials. Some small order we will send 10-12 work days accordingly. HQ orders we will deliver 15-20 work days accordingly.
