YF-Computer jacquard needle loom

       The machine,equipped with completely new electronic jacquard heads and computer punching systems are operational through electronic-control mechanism ; the machine itself and the control system are separate from each other ; simple punching and rapid setting-up test; an electronic jacquard head has a maximum data memory of 8722 picks; a hard disc has a capacity of 230,000 picks.Programme data may be zoomed out from jacquard head control storage to be shown on the monitor for being corrected ; and production data(e.g. end breakage, power failure, number of  deers , total output, efficiency and Max. Speed RPM etc. may be recorded or shown. In addition private and confidential code for driving may be set on the machines; and the machines may also be easily and quickly operated on line with the designing office,if necessary.Adoption of two-speed motor system makes setting-up test rapid and simple; belt conveyer does weft and binder thread feeding at stable and even speed . Precision mechanism and reasonable designing; transmission shafts are of Japanese make and German make,and transmission belts,of Japanese make or the USA make; machine parts and components are manufactured from high quality materials and processed very precisely; the machines have high precision, long service life and low deprecialion rate; easy setting-up test and,convenient repair and maintenance.
