DPP-250 Aluminium-Plastic Blister Packing Machine Specifications:
1. Main driving unit;

· Drive gear: It adopts late-model gear speed reducer and connected on the same axial lead with main driving
shaft, obsoletes the worm gear and worm reducing mechanism.
· Adopts the imported frequency converter, with punching times 5~50times.min (stepless regulated).
Properly adjust the punch frequency according to stroke (standard sheet is 35 times/min, only for reference)
· The machine adopts section combination forming: The length of forming and feeding is 1230mm, which
provides a better chance for the matters in special shape. The length of heat-sealing, pressing and
cutting is 1370mm, thus settling the difficulty of entering into elevator and purified workshop.
· Fitted with waste-edge rewinding device, ensuring the synchronous accuracy under high speed running.
· Lengthen the cam to increase up-down running distance of every location to make the maximum depth of
blister 26mm, thus meeting the special require meets for big pills, medical instruments and food etc.
· With pressure forming, registering heating, automatic feeding air cushioned heating, upper and
lower cross batch and tractor-drawn.
