Double safety valve

    HFA38Y Series combined two unit HFA48Y safety valves as one unit by Y connector, it

    is compact size and save the space for installation. Its set pressure range is <5.0

    MPa, maximal working temperature <350 DegreeC, suitable for most power plant LP

   steam line service.

  *The solid nozzle screws into the body brings easy and convenient maintenance.

  *The Allowable Tolerance of the Set Pressure: ≤±3% of the Set Pressure.
  *Blowdown: ≤ 10% of the Set Pressure.
  *Blowdown control is adjustable by nozzle ring.
  *The surface of both disc and nozzle seat is deposited with hard alloy of Stellite, and the excellent surface

     treatment by precision machining and lapping ensure the tightness and stable performance during the operation.

   Hangzhou Worldwides Valve Co., Ltd owns and operates first top rank safety

   valve overall performance test lab in China. 
   Unlike just normal set pressure test machine with pop testing only, overall safety

   valve test equipment is complex and more investment cost. It mainly contains air

   compressor, air vessel, pipe fittings, test platform, control systems and monitor,

   the equipment is able to offer continuous air supply to test safety valve with

   certain pressure, so as to get accurate performance of setting pressure, sealing

   pressure, blowdown and discharge coefficient. All above result is monitored and

   collected by control system and displayed on the screen.
   The overall test equipment is well support to almost all kinds of safety valves of      spring loaded safety valve, pilot safety valve etc.

   We carry out strictly test procedure for each of our safety valve, ensuring the stable and trouble-free 

   service to each specific applications.
