1.Materials:The Glassfibre Reinforced plastic moulds is made by glass fibre , resin and steel frame.

Advantages: compare to rubber silicon molds,it will not to expand when hot and to shrink when cold

Our GRG moulds are produced by selected superior UPR(unsaturated polyester), reinforced with the steel frame at the backside, and finely carved by the OTR-3TDSCAN .it is surface smooth, high strength in the third diminution with clear flower pattern. Meanwhile, it does not get distorted and shrink after using for a long time. The moulds design from customers are also warmly welcomed.

 

2. method of application:

Preparing well moulds mix--- starch--- spread mould oil --- starching cover the mould ---spread the fiber glass well-distributed--- starching cover the fiber glass --- collect the fiber glass by hand cover it completely ---press mould till it shape- up ---demould ---drying---packing
