Q1. How much is the minimum order quantity?
A1:The MOQ is no less than 200 M2.
Q2. What is deliver time?
A2:Except for our legal holiday, after receiving 30% deposit, it will take 15 days for a 20 feet container,. 70% balance before shipment.
Q3. How is OEM&ODM service?
A3:Our company owns extruding production lines, surface treatment production line. Regarding the curtain walls, office buildings, airport and other projects, we have our own systems for your reference. We can support OEM and ODM service.
Q4. How can you guarantee the quality?
A4:Before production, we will test all the materials data, include material thickness, paint, coating and films inspection till its quality pass. In the production, your order will be followed by QC during every step. Every product must be checked and signed before they move to the next process. And all products need final check by QC before delivered.
Q5. How soon can I get a price quote?
A5:Once we know the panel thickness, aluminum thickness, dimensions, color, paint requirement (PVDF Coating or PE coating), (if the product is customizes, please send us the pattern CAD ) we can provide you with one competitive price quote within 2 hours.
Q6. Can I get a sample?
A6:Yes, we need to charge sample fee, also you need afford the fee for samples shipping, but after place the order, partial sample fee can be deducted from the payment.
Q7. How can my order produced by my brand?
A7:Yes, you can. Pls offer your brand or LOGO design to us, then we could produce all goods with your brand or LOGO. If your order quantity reaches one containers, this OEM production is FREE for you. If your order quantity cannot reach one containers, you need to pay additional USD300 for this OEM production. After your total quantity reaching 1 container, we will return OEM fee to you.
Q8. Do you sell any related products which are used for installing the aluminum panel?
A8:Our product includes accessories, and We can also customize special installation accessories according to customer needs.
