Application:Use for the formation of flooded battery .

Characteristics:

1. With the acid circulation system, the battery production cycle can be reduced by 3- 4 days.

2.The quantity of the battery can be set according to the technical requirements. (Maximum 576 pieces)

3.With the acid heat exchange, water cost can be reduced, in order to save energy.

4.The tank formation and plate drying process are replaced by acid circulation in order to reduce the plate size.

5.The problems caused by the cold joint during the welding formation process.

6.The acid circulation works in sealed negative pressure condition, no mist overflow, no pollution, good environmental
performance.

7.The battery produced by the acid circulation, the active material is totally converted, the battery are of good consistency.

8.The system pressure and acid transferring speed can be adjusted according to the battery temperature.

9.After collecting, the hot acid can be filtrated, to ensure the cleanliness and temperature of the acid.
Initial capacity of the battery can be increased by 10%.

10.PLC controlling system works with high precision, it is reliable and stable.

11. During the acid circulation process, the acid density can be adjusted, to ensure the electrolyte density of the battery.


12.Cycling equipments, acid filling devices, acid mixing devices can be simplified, in order to reduce the investment cost.
