7. Evaporator:  The evaporator of the flake ice machine is a vertical placed drum shape, equipped with the rotating blade which spins and scratches the ice of the inner wall of evaporative. When operating, the principle shaft and blade spins anti-clock wisely pushed by the reducer. Water is sprayed down from the sprinkler; ice is formed from the water brain on the inner wall.After our special processing, the evaporator is with good hardness, corrosion-resistance and excellent heat exchange.

The flake ice machine is widely used in many fields:

 

1. Fishing Industry: This is the largest application field of the flake ice machine. The flake ice machine can make ice directly from sea water. The ice can be used in fast cooling of fish and other sea product. It can lower the temperature of the cleaning water and sea products, therefore it resists the growth of bacteria and keep the sea food fresh.
