Bristle Fibre is the strongest and longest among the different types of coir fiber. 

There are innumerable uses for this fibre because of the unique features it has.

 

The main application of Bristle Fibre is in the manufacture of brushes of various sizes and shapes.

 Bristle Fibres from SITCO are capable to resist high temperature because of the quality manufacturing process. 

Also the product possesses great flexibility and tensile strength and thus the brushes made can be used for a prolonged period without losing shape.

 

Our products have least moisture content and have high temperature thresholds. 

We cut the fibre as per customer requirements. Also the product can be availed in ties or bales. 

The packages material is decided accordingly to the customer preferences.

 We are producing 5Kg Blocks (Bales), 650 gms Briquettes, different size  of Grow Bags and Cubes, coconut fiber and high quality Bristle fiber (Natural & Dyed) with all export specification. Our monthly production capacity of Bristle Fiber is   700M.

Description : 

 

Coir is the outside layer of husk that surrounds the shell of the coconut (Cocos nucifera). It consists mainly of fibres, which have traditionally been used to manufacture rope, carpets, doormats, upholstery stuffing, brushes etc. 

 

Brown and white are the two types. Brown fibre which is obtained from mature coconuts is thick, strong and has high abrasion resistance and is used in mats, brushes and sacking. White fibre which is extracted from immature green coconuts are smoother and finer, but also weaker. They are generally spun to make yarn used in mats or rope.
