SPECIFICATIONS

 

Frozen snow Crab, know as Centollon or Chilean  Snow Crab (  red Color Shell & white sweet tender meat texture) are found in the southern coast of Chile and Magellan Straight at depths of 100 meters. Captured by artisanal fisherman using pots and landed live for maximum quality at our own factory in Patagonia-Tierra del Fuego, Chile. The boats keep  these crusteceans live  on the  tanks and refill continiusly  with ocean water until they reach the shore where they are transported to our HACCP processing plant in insulated trucks. Season starts on February 1 to November 30.

Crab", are processed under a series of regulation and supervision to ensure a superb high

 quality and outsatnding appearance. They are catch in one of the most pristine and clean area, extremly clean, natural cold wather from earth.
