B185 Antique Reproduction Silver Inlaid Large Incense Burner Arabic Scripts

This incense burner is a reproduction of the classic Arabic incense burner. Each detail of this burner was finely etched and inlaid with silver. It has Arabic scripts.

Just to give you a brief idea on how this art is done: first the body was engraved to the required design. Then the artisan held silver strips and hand-hammered these strips into the engraved brass, i.e. each silver color you see on pictures is a real hand-hammered SILVER.

The shape is simple, an octagonal body ended with eight deco legs. At the body center; there is a large tray surrounded by four smaller  trays. Each tray is covered by a beautiful dome.

It is REALLY RARE, Hard-To-Find and UNIQUE piece of art.

Measures approx. 15^1/2" tall. The body diameter is 24". The weight is about 34 lbs.
