Description

Our product is made from 100% natural coconut shell, no chemical.

 

 

 

We coconut shell into kiln at temperature 900 to 1000 degree C within 5 days in the anaerobic environments. After that, charcoal will be colded by itself within 24-36 hours in the kiln.

We grind kilned coconut shell into small pieces, mix shell 3x6 mesh, 4x8 mesh with botanical adhesive and use Hydraulic press or extrusion machine to make finished charcoal.
