Uttar Pradesh is the largest buffalo growing state in the country. The animals are bought on the agreed specification, which covers the process and hygienic requirement. These specifications are ensured by the ante-mortem and post-mortem by qualified veterinarians. These animals are not fed hormones and growth promoters and raised under organic farming system, where they are fed with natural grass.
The lairage area is covered providing protections against adverse weather conditions for buffalo waiting for slaughtering. It is constructed of suitable impervious material so as to facilitate easy and thorough cleaning. Facilities have also been provided for the ante-mortem inspection to take place and detention facilities of animals that requires further inspection and evaluation. The floors and passage ways are impervious and properly sloped to ensure the satisfactory dreainage.
India has the largest population of buffaloes. Our plant is ideally located in Uttar Pradesh, the largest buffalo growing state in the country. The animals are brought on an agreed specification, which covers the process and hygiene requirements, which are again ensured by Ante-mortem and Post-mortem examination by qualified Veterinarians.
