1. How is Sawdust charcoal manufactured?

 

 

The input material

 

 

 Raw material is crushed into small pieces (3-5mm)

 

Air drying or kiln drying the sawdust till the moisture is less than 12%.

The material is put into feed let of briquette machine

Produce the briquette stick without any additive

 

The briquette stick will be carbonized

Sawdust is packed in the carton box with plastic bag inside
