Our Japanese Matcha is made from "Tencha tea leaves" that grown as special tea for Matcha.

In addition, the processing method of tea is different.

General green tea is steamed and then roasted and dried, but Japanese matcha tea is powdered after Tencha which is dried without steaming after steaming tea leaves.

In other words, Japanese company uses tea leaves that are suitable for matcha green tea,

and we are growing them while spending our time and effort,
