This Tozando's deluxe Aikido Hakama is made of a 100% polyester and gives you the extra smoothness and softness as well as the cashmere-like luster. This improved version of the deluxe Aikido Hakama features the pleats that have been specifically well-ironed then stitched to maintain their shape despite of your dynamic moves and eventually create the outstanding overall appearance on your Aikido performances through the years.
With Ukemi in mind, the Koshiita insert is made of a tough and flexible rubber composite that has been engineered to maintain its shape and prevent injury at the same time. The Obi is reinforced by seven lines of stitching which work to prevent tearing and/or kinking. With a more durable Obi, you can also fasten your Hakama more securely.
We have also tailored the front of the Hakama to be slightly shorter than the back and it allows for smooth, worry-free movement. And as a result of these unique design features, we are sure you will see, like our Aikido advisors have seen, that Tozando's deluxe Aikido Hakama is the garment that is as practical as it is beautiful.
Unlike a mass-produced product, Tozando's Hakama is handmade by skillful artisans who also have the experience of Kimono(Japanese traditional garment) production. By tailoring this wear at our specialized workshop, we maintain the superior quality which is praised by many of Japanese martial arts practitioners and professionals.
