with viscose made from wood pulp,

which is then formed into a tube.

Meatlon fibrous casings are made by impregnating a special kind of paper

made from Manila hemp with viscose made from wood pulp.

They are highly permeable to moisture and smoke,

making them ideal for smoking processing.
These have been selling well for a long time not only

in the Japanese processed meats market but also in the smoked

processed cheese industry and in other countries.

A three-layered structure with viscose softener on the outside,

regenerated cellulose in the middle, and hemp paper on the inside.

Used for various types of hams and sausages,

and we have gained popularity around the world.

 

|||| Product Variations ||||

V type: The standard type. Good for Bologna sausage,

pepperoni sausage, etc.

E type: An easy peel-off type. Good for ham made of pork loin,

boneless ham, smoked cheese, etc.

G type: An adhesive type. Good for products like dried sausages.

Has good adhesive properties on the inner side and is good

for Italian and dried sausages that require long maturing periods.

In order to make the filling process more efficient,

we deliver products processed to various forms according to request.

Rolled products: Wrapped in 6 inch paper tubes at lengths of 500m or 1000m.

Shirred products: The lengths of the casings have been mechanically compressed,

enabling the filling process to be more efficient.

Clip products 1: A string and clip type.

We have various models in stock to meet the needs of our customers.

Clip products 2: A clip-sealed type.

Bundled products: 50m long casings are folded in 350mm intervals

and folded into a bundle.

We ship in bulk packaging.

We ship our products in cardboard boxes, and also on pallets.
