OVERVIEW

 

Nguyenduc Investment and Trading Joint Stock Campany (Phadatex), a member of Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company, Our company started manufacturing from third quarter of 2009 at Tien Hai Khi Mo Industrial Zone, Tay Son Commune, Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam.

The company specializes in producing and trading in non-woven Geotextile, with the brand brand PHADATEX (PH). Our product are used for transportation, irrigation, Construction, hydraulic and transportation, ports, dikes, enviromental soulutions, textile, leather shoes… with the capacity of 10,000,000 m²/ year (equivalent 1,500 MT/year). These products have high strength from 6KN/m to 70KN/m (corresponding to weight from 100 to 1000g/m2) with the standard size: 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, and 6m.

Besides, we also manufacture geotextiles of different sizes depending on the requirements of each project with a maximum size of width 6 meters. That will reduce the consumption of sewed geotextiles, patchworked, reduce the time of work and improve the construction productivity.

With a team of skilled engineers and workers who are deeply trained in prestigious universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Economic and Technical Industries… together with advanced synchronous experimental equipment system and professional QC staff, PHADATEX always complete and improve quality of products constantly.

INTRODUCTION NON WOVEN GEOTEXTILE

Our Non-woven geotextile with brand PHADATEX (abbreviated PH) have stable quality, reasonable price and weight from 100g/m² to 1000g/m², width to 6.0 m, capacity 10,000,000 m² per year

1.   Material: polypropylene or polyester fiber which are imported from South Korea and other industrialized countries.

2. Applications:

* Separation application: Non woven geotextile is used to separate between two layers of materials which have different granule size under the action of the strain; especially the strain is made by vehicles which make granule materials keep their machanical properties 

* Reinforcement application: Nonwoven geotextile has high tensile strength. This property is benefited to transmit a such tensile strength to soil as soil reinforcement or to put soil into geobag.

* Protection application: Apart from having the machanical strength such as tensile strength, puncture resistance… non woven geotextile has environment strength (salt water proof) and high flow rate. Therefore, non woven geotextile is composited with other materials such as stone rug, gabion, rock, concrete … to provide erosion protection underlayer for dyke, dam, coast lines, bridge pier …
