The caution matters of the installing,buckling up and usage for the R134a auto air conditioner hose:

Assembling: 1.Choose the joint and the aluminum sleeve which sizes are suitable to the standards 2.The smooth joint.No rags and acute angles;the rubber hose must be installed in position. 3.While the assembly of the hose is being installed,you should prevent the twisting of the hose and avoid the sharp bending of the joint nearby for the hose,so as to avoid causing the incidents of leakage,abnormal bursting and cracking or pulling off of the joint. 4.High temperature easily cause the aging,bursting and cracking of the system hose,make the refrigerant leaking,make the air conditioner system broken.In the using process of the hose,should avoid forming the severe fritions,direct contacts or closing to the exhaust etc. parts of high temperature with other parts, if unable to avoid it,you should take the measure of putting the wear-resisting sheath inside.

Buckling up and crushing: 1.The size of the external diameter for buckling and crushing=The shortest external diameter of the lining core(the size of the pressure groove position)+2 x the wall thickness of the aluminum sleeve+2x0.65 x the wall thickness of hose. 2.The size of the buckling and crushing too short : easily brings damage to the braided wire of the air conditioner hose or the inner wall layer of hose,causes the incident of hose bursting. 3.The size of the buckling and crushing too long: easily make the assembly of the hose loose,causes the pulling off of the joint,leakage of the refrigerant. 4.The coefficient of compressibility for buckling up and crushing the hose is 0.35 5.Put the joint locating in the middle of the mould as possible as you can when buckling and crushing.

Checking And Using: 1.After buckling and crushing,the assembly of the air conditioner hose must be taken the test of 100% checking leakage.The recommended method of checking leakage: uses the Nitrogen of 3.5MPa to test the pressure inside the water,keep the pressure for 90 seconds,not permitted to exist the incident of the leakage.(Note:The pinhole on the surface of the hose is used for discharging the gas inside the skeleton layer,it is usual that the air bubbles occur in the position of the pinhole in the beginning of testing the pressure for the hose,and afterwards the bubbles gradually disappear in the coming test of the pressure. 2.The R134a auto air conditioner hoses that our company produces have excellent penetration resistance,not only can transport the HFC-134a refrigerants,but also can transport the R12 and the COOL MATE's other series of refrigerants.But the R134a system is specially designed for R134a,it has no co dissolution with the mineral oil,the mineral oil is unable to play the role of lubricating the R134a air conditioner,the long term use would bring severe damage to the auto air conditioner system,until damaging the expensive compressor of the auto air conditioner.In the meantime because the adaptabilities of the R134a air conditioner system's parts materials and the mineral oil is poor,so that probably will cause the inner wall of hose being corrupted,then causes the leakage of the refrigerant,also the incident of the plenty of greases' deposition emerges.The cooling lubrication oil supporting the R134a system is PAG or POE cooling oil,you should choose the cooling oil properly.
