  • 1st STAGE (PRELIMINARY WETTING NOZZLE SYSTEM)
  • First of all, carpets are wetted in the stage of entry in the machine with pressurized water and prepared for washing stage.
  • 2nd STAGE (4 BRUSH MAIN WASHING UNIT)
  • The carpet coming to the main washing unit in wet condition is washed with brush pressure suitable for type and character of the carpet in 4 brush main washing unit by providing water and detergent from the center of the brush. Automatic carpet washing is arranged in our machine with brush pressure pneumatic (air pressure) systems.
  • 3rd STAGE (HIGH PRESSURE RINSING UNIT)
  • The detergent carpets passing through the main washing unit are given high pressurized water in our movable rinsing unit and the lather on the carpet is removed to the right and left side of the carpet and purifies the carpet off detergent.
  • 4th STAGE (ROLLING BRUSH SYSTEM)
  • Carpets purified off detergent in the pressure rinsing unit come to our rolling brush system in wet condition. The rolling brush system cleans hairs and piles from carpets. 
  • 5th STAGE (ROLLING)
  • In the last stage, carpets are rolled after a better quality control when they come to the last stage in vacuumed and lather free condition.
