OUR FACTORY AND PRODUCTION PROCESS.

We produce wood pellets by pressing the biomass fuel such as sawdust sawn wood, wood shavings, sawdust from bamboo... during high speed that makes it compressed into small pellets.The small size of wood pellets makes it very convenient for machinery and equipment in very good and is on the way to a boiler pneumatic conveying. Wood pellets are very dense and often produced with a low humidity content (below 10%). Humidity of sawdust materials have a huge influence on the quality of finished products. This makes it burn with very high efficiency.

Raw material is grinded to sawdust for making wood pellet.

Crushed raw material is fed to a press, where it is squeezed through a die having holes of the size required (normally 6 mm diameter, sometimes 8 mm or larger).

Wood pellets after being created with a high temperature should be burned in the cooling system with conveyor, cyclone. Cooling system will reduce the temperature of the tablet.

 

OUR PACKAGE

Wood pellets after cooling will be put into storage hopper of the packaging machine and then be packaged in jumbo 700-800kg by automatic weighing system or depend on customer's requirement.
