TUBE-IN TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER 

The CEP tube-in-tube exchangers are modular devices suitable for the heating/cooling of prducts such as musts and fruit juices,both clear and containing marcs or pulp.

Their arrangement enables easy access to the pipes inside which the product flows and thus quick cleaning of the heat exchanger 

the equipment consists of a set of modules made up of two concentric tubes in aisi 304 stainless steel positioned horizontally on top of each other 

The product flows into the inner tube,while the heating/coolant fluid flows in the cavity between the two pipes 

On the inner pipe instead there a specal processing of corrugation upon request with helical development on order a special processing of corrugation upon request with helical development in order to give the prduct a turbulent flow that improves the heat exchange 

the insulation of each item is performed at our plant and covered in aisi 304 and mirror polished stainless steel 

For the treatment of wines and clean musts multi tubular heat exchanger is designed according to the different requirements
