Plywood is a sheet material manufactured from thin layers or plies of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. It is an engineered wood from the family of manufactured boards which include medium-density fiber board (MDF) and particleboard (chipboard).

At the present time, plywood is the preferred raw material in the manufacture of furniture, packaging, flooring, doors, kitchen cabinets and used in buildings, walls, partitions...

 Our factory and production process

Our production process of plywood as follows:

Round wood, after preliminary treatment, will be put into peeling machine in order to create the thin veneer sheets with different thickness. Veneer sheets will be dried, and then coated with an adhesive layer. This glue is used to bind the veneer sheets together under the effects of heat. The number of veneer sheets is determined and stacked depending on the demand for different thickness. The top will be paved a thin surface layer of boards, after that it is pressed under high heat to produce a quality plywood sheet fulfilling demands.

Round wood is peeled and cut as the required length.

Thin planks are dried and classified.

Thin chipboard is coated with gum

Thin veneer sheets are pressed under heat.

Size of plywood is cut depending on customer's requirements.

Features of plywood: 

- Bearing, anti-knock, acid and alkaline-resisting

- Can be cut into small size for reuse.
