- Minimum Order Quantity : accept from 5 pieces.

- Price: 75% of MSRP.

- Incoterms : EXW.

- Shipment: By EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post).

- Freight and insurance and import customs duties shall be charged to buyers.

- Payment: 100% Advanced payment in Japanese Yen through PayPal or bank transfer.

 - In case of Paypal, 3.4% of total price will be added.

 - In case of bank transfer, commission for the receiving bank (4000 JPY) will be added to the total price.

- Delivery : To be effected upon confirmation of payment.

- Bank transfer fee is not included in this amount. Please bear this fee.

- Any expense including custom duty handling charge etc. shall be borne by buyer.

- Warranty

 1) The product is warranted against any original defects in material or workmanship, under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase. 

 2) Date proof of purchase (shipping receipt) is required for warranty repairs or replacement.

 3) This warranty does not cover products of improper maintenance, modification, repair or discoloration.

- Owner’s Manual

 Note when using:

 1) Due to atmospheric pressure, it might be difficult to open the neck shaft.

  To make it easier to open, warm the shaft in your palm for a short while.

 2) When there is a little ink left in the pen, the ink may drip from the pen because of the expanded volume of air in the pen.

 3) Ebonite discolors easily if left in the direct lights (including UV) or near the resources of the heat. Avoid the direct lights and the heat.

 4) The gross surface of the ebonite will be lusterless, if the pen is not used frequently. Before the surface becomes lusterless, wipe it with a polishing cloth.
