Unlike just painted products , if you cut our pressured stained natural lumber you will be able to tell that it has been stained throughout the whole block.

Also we give our products a vintage look. This will add aesthetic value for use when building with our products.

Since this is natural material, there are some color shade differences even though it is the same color.

Caution

1. Since wood is natural materials the color, texture and wood patterns on each plank is different.
2. Since natural wood is used as raw material this product may happen a slight bends, a twist and a difference of size.
3. Urethane paints are recommended when using this product indoors.
4. It is recommended that this product is stored in a dry and dark room.
5. This product is twice the density of normal cedar. This means it is twice as heavy and hard. Precautions should be taken when working with this product.
6. If the plank ever forms white deposites on the surface there are no change in the properties and can be easily wiped off with cloth.

1.First lumber from green cedar is air dried.

2.Then dried in a kiln drying until its moisture content drops to 15%.

3.All lumbers are weighed before the chemical injection.

4.Add dyes to chemicals and stir them untill they are mixed properly.

5.The lumber is then put into a vacuumed sealed tank. Chemicals added dyes will be injected to the lumber using pressure for better absorption.

6.All injected lumbers are weighed to insure that the chemicals have been injected properly.

7.Injected lumber is air dried.

8.Then once again dried by a kiln until there are no decreases in weight.

9.The final product is complete.
