Process of manufacture
The material is subjected to free forging.
The hook portion is processed either by machining or flame gouging depending on the size.
The shank portion is processed using a numerically controlled lathe.
Magnetic particle testing is conducted.
Penetrant testing is conducted.
Ultrasonic testing is conducted.

We are the Japanese metalworking manufacturer which has reached 70th anniversary this year from the day of establishment in 1945. We mainly manufacture terminal metal fittings used for wire ropes, and we can also handle metal processing in general.
