2. Specifications product

 

2.1 CaCo3 filler masterbatch

 

- CaCo3 content: 75/85/82%

- Carrier: PE, PP, LDPE, LLDPE

- Density: 1.7 1.9 g/mm³

- Melting point: 110 – 135 ⁰C

- Resistance temperature: 250-280⁰C

- Moisture: 0.1% max

- Particle diameter (DxL): 2.2x3.5mm

- Addition rate: 10-40%.

2.2 Features

 

- Improve processing, flow and mold release of the thermoplastics; less extruder torque , greater mar and abrasion resistance, better mold filling, improve throughput and reduce energy consumption.

- Lower coefficient of friction is expected, improve slip properties, including lubricity, slip, lower coefficient of friction;

- When used in high filling flame retardant plastic, it can improve flame retardant property of the systems, lower the smoke density, stop toxic gas.

3.1 Packaging

25kg/bag or according to the customers’ requirement. It can also be packed depends on the clients demand.

3.2 Delivery time

We could supply/delivery CaCO3 filler masterbatch within 7 working days after received signed orders/contracts

 

 

4. Usages/Applications

 

4.1.Typical usage

 

Used in a broader range of performance capabilities such as, thermoplastics, cable and cable material, silicon pipe, PP and PE thin film, opening masterbatch and lubrication masterbatch.

 

4.2.Usage and dosage

 

 1.JY2-50 silicone masterbatches should be blended with compatible resins to give the desired shape and pellets in the final product.

2. Suggested additive amount:

When added at 0.5%-2.0%, improved processing and flow of the product is expected, including internal lubrication,mold release and faster throughput.

At higher addition levels at 2.0%-10.0%, improved the surface properties are expected, including lubricity, slip, scratch resistance, greater mar and abrasion resistance.

3. When added at 2.0%-5.0%, can enhance abrasion resistance; added at 30%-80%, reducing the abrasion resistance.
