1. This apparatus consists of a steel shaft, 6mm in length.
2. The steel shaft is mounted on a stand post with nylon/metal bearings.
3. One end of the steel shaft carries an aluminium ‘V’ pulley which is 56mm in diameter, and the other end is fitted with a cord anchoring collar.
