Currency Policy:
The price offered are in Nepali currency (NPR), USD, Euro, and Pound. The prices of the products can be changed without any prior notice.

Order Placement:

Registration is not necessary to place orders, however as a registered buyer, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on orders status and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

Manual orders can also be processed based on email correspondences.

Orders will be shipped from 2-4 weeks depending on the volume and nature of the ordered items.

Happy Women Handicraft reserves the right to cancel or alter account without any notification to the customer if they do not purchase anything for a long period of time.

Order will be processed once the payment will be confirmed.

Return Policy:

If the customer wants to return the product, he/she should contact us  within 5 days after the delivery of the order, describing the reason and evidence of dissatisfaction.

Claims made after one week of the receipt of the order will not be acknowledged.

Transportation cost involved for returning goods to Nepal from his/her country will be paid by the customer. Upon receipt the returned goods, Happy Women Handicraft reserves the right to decide whether to refund or exchange the products.

Please expect slight variations in color, size, finishing touch or even some irregularities as each product is entirely handcrafted.

Happy Women Handicraft won't acknowledge the returned goods if it is sent without our return authorization.

PRODUCTION TIME:

It depends upon the quantity of the order. Usually it will take 3 weeks for the production of the goods.

SAMPLES: 
Samples can be delivered through DHL, ARAMEX, FedEx, TNT, UPS or SYKNET courier (door to door) service on the service priority basis on the expenses of the importers. The minimum quantity is entertained 3 pieces out of each product item. Samples to be delivered within 10 days. 

FREIGHT COST: 
Goods are shipped normally by air. Airfreight, Insurance and freight forwarding cost should be borne by the importer. Goods are consigned on "Freight to be paid at destination" or Advance payment basis by us on importers' expenses. In this process customer will receive the goods in their nearest international Airport. To get the benefit of reduced freight cost from Nepal the minimum order should be over 45 kilograms merchandise.

Goods can be delivered through DHL, ARAMEX, FedEx, TNT, UPS or SYKNET courier (door to door) service on the service priority basis on the expenses of the importers and customers requirements. In this process customer will receive the goods in their doorstep.

All the applicable taxes or duties of the goods up to Nepal custom are borne by Happy Women Handicraft and in their country of destination are the responsibilities of the customers

LABELS: 
Each article will be fixed with label showing made in Nepal, material composition, washing instructions, size etc. as appropriate. We follow buyers' instruction in case of bulk consignment.

 DOCUMENTATIONS: 
We prepare the following documentation work from the company and authorized sectors of Nepal's government for the customs purpose MASTER AIR WAYBILL, G.S.P.(Generalized System of Preferences) or form-A, INVOICE, PACKING LIST, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN and other additional documentations if necessary. And for your pre-information, we will send the scanned copies of those custom papers to you by e-mail as well.

 PAYMENT TERMS: 
Government regulation of Nepal requires Advance Payment through Telegraphic or Swift Transfer. Happy Women Handicraft with SBI bank. Payment should be based on Pro forma invoice. We would like you to transfer at least 50% or total product cost in advance in our bank account before we precede your order list to our production site. To save the Bank transfer charges we recommend you to send us the payment together including shipping charge.

You can also do Payment through the Western Union Money Transfer, Money Gram as per your wish.
