Established as a manufacturing firm in 1944 by Chhaganlal Chudasama in Bhavnagar a princely state of Gujarat, Chudasama & Sons is the promoter of Atom Machinery Mfg. Co. The Chairman of Chudasama Sons is traditionally regarded as the Company Chairman.

He was born on 8th of June 1921 in a small village Kodiak of Bhavnagar; son of Shri Kalyanji Chudasama who was a manufacturer of Bullock Carts Farming tools and tackles etc. in the village, as engineering was in the blood of Chhaganlal he started a machinery firm in 1944.

Steel & Brass Trading Corporation

Manufactured Soap printing Dies, Name Plates, Steel Punches, Stencils, Goldsmith jobs, Machine Patterns, Peppermint Presses etc. In the later years company entered in the market of All types of Soap Manufacturing Machinery, Milling Cutter, and Hair Clipper etc.

In 1962 the first export to Africa was successfully carried out under the leadership of Chhaganlal Chudasama.

Attended first International Trade Fair in 1982 held at Delhi.

In 1981 the name of Steel & Brass Trading Corporation was changed to Atom Machinery Mfg. Co. To make an international presence. The same year the company diversified its business in Real Estate & Construction by building Diamond Enterprise in Bhavnagar (Gujarat) a complex for Diamond Businessmen.
