E7018 welding electrode is a low hydrogen type electrode for welding of 50 kgf/mm² grade high tensile steel. The welding can be done with high deposition rate, good X-ray soundness and mechanical properties. It is especially suitable for nuclear power stations, petroleum chemical plants, and heavy steel plates.

6/NOTES ON USAGE:

1.Dry the electrodes at  350 ⁰C for  60 minutes and keep it at 100 ~150⁰C before using.

2.Keep the arc as short as possible.
