Motorized Electronic Torque Wrench Tester (METWT) is useful periodic calibration of static type Torque wrenches. The basic unit is supplied with AC Servo Motor and  Drive set, one torque  transducer and computerized software with user or in line with ISO 6789 program options. The design of Precision Gear box provides easy and smooth operational convenience & accurate calibration of wrenches under test.

1) 0- 1000 Nm
2) 0- 2000 Nm

Torque transducers can be selected as per below range.
1. For 1000 Nm Cap. Model: 100, 300, 1000 Nm.
2. For 2000 Nm Cap. Model: 1000 and 2000 Nm.

Software Features
1. Various Type of Torque Wrench data can be added in program mode of software as                     follows: One of the Test Option - In line with ISO 6789 or User, can be selected. (Facility               available in option as per ISO-6789, from 80% to the final target Torque value, the load shall 
     be applied slowly & uniformly during the period of 0.5 to 4 Sec).
2. Select Type I- Indicating torque tool or Type II- Setting torque tool.
3. Select Wrench Class- A, B, C, D, E, F, G as per type of tool.
4. Select Unit –Nm, Kgm, Lbft, Lbin, Ncm, Kgcm, Ozin, as per scale unit on tool.
5. Select Transducer Capacity -1000 Nm /2000 Nm/ 300 Nm/ 100 Nm, any one.
6. Select Torque wrench capacity as per test (Max. cap. of tool).
7. Start Speed (50 to 200); Test Speed (10 to 50).
