Bogie Hearth Trolley Type Furnace is basically used for Heat treatment of Metals in various Processes such as Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Stress Relieving, Solution Annealing, and Tempering Our Installed Furnace are Fully Automated with all display and Safety control shows a point path How the Microstructure inside the metal changes i.e. How it becomes hard or soft.
Various grades of Steels in the form of forgings, castings, fabricated components etc. can be processed in our furnace hassle free and in a cheap production cost.

Range:
Our unit is fully capable of manufacturing Bogie Hearth Furnace For up to 10-15 ton charge weights. Furnace can be accommodate with Electrical Heating Elements only when the charge is less than 04 tons per batch and Temperature required is less than 1200 Degree Celsius. Furnace with operating temperature more than 1200 Degree Celsius is accommodated with Fuels such Gas or Oil.

Operation:
Furnace can be offered with Single Trolley (Bogie) System, Double (Bogie) Trolley System, with gear motorized and pinion drive system, for ease of gate movement pneumatic or motorized operation can be accommodated for effective operation.

Heating System:
Furnace can be installed with Kanthal or Nicrome series heating elements. For bigger Furnace Option for Automatic North American Burners for fuels like Furnace Oil, LDO, Diesel and Gas is also offered.
Heating Can be offered in Both Electrically Heated as well as gas or liquid fuel fired including high velocity burners.
