Oxidized (Blown) Bitumen R90/40 is produced by either a staggered or a continuous blowing process. The heated Penetration Grade Bitumen under controlled environment is blown with air which controls the oil content in the Bitumen while it is oxidized. The most popular grades we supply are R10/20, R95/25,R 85/25, R85/40, R90/40, and R110/30,R115/15. We are also capable of exporting other grades of Blown Bitumen as per request from our customers

Oxidized Bitumen  R90/40

All grades of Oxidized bitumen we export are fully compliant with ASTM, AASHTO ,Equivalent to BS EN 13304 and International Standards and Test Methods.

Recommended Application Temperatures:

Blown grade bitumen shall be broken up into small pieces and heated slowly to the application temperature of 220ºC - 230ºC.
Storage:

Store in unopened containers. Storage temperature limits 1°C - 50°C

Depending upon the size of cargo being shipped the delivery time changes, however we ensure to make shipments within 30-45 days of receipt payment instrument.

1) Confirmed, Irrevocable, Letter of Credit at sight 100%
2) 10-50% Advance , balance Letter of Credit at sight
3) Credit /Usance Letter of credit ranging from 30days up to 180 days
4) 30% - 50% Advance, balance with Fax/mail copies of full set of shipping documents
5) 30% Advance & balance by D/P at sight or CAD
6) 100% Advance
