MACHINE INTRODUCTION
Cedit fiber dyeing machine is used for dyeing natural and synthetic fibers. Machine works at 3.8 bar pressure and 130 °C temperature.
Machine dyes the fiber under air pad system by means of circulation pump. The pressured air makes static pressure effect on liquor. The benefit of air pad system is using less liquor ration and fewer chemicals. Also prevents heat abduction by insulation effect of air.
By means of air pad system, machine works half capacity with proper carriers.
Machine has stainless steel heating and cooling exchangers.
The circulation of liquor is provided by special designed pump. The liquor way for in to out and out to in be done by a pneumatic activated routed apparatus that installed to the main body of the machine. This router supplies to direct the liquor continuously and accurately.
The cover of the machine is closed by pneumatic pistons with proper sealing. By means of these pistons; opening, closing and locking of the cover processes are done in short time.
The stainless steel made carrier is available for dyeing. For cut fiber carrier and for long fiber cakes.
All dyeing operations is controlled automatically by PLC control panels. Heat, dyeing batch time, flow direction and other control parameters are controlled by automatic valves.
MAIN TANK
Main tank consists of these materials and equipment's:
• Single block cabin. Cabin is detachable. It is designed to enclose 1 fiber carrier inside. Manufactured by stainless steel sheet.
Inner liquor spreading place
• 1 heat exchanger for rapid indirect heating and cooling.
• To prevent liquor swage, the axial circulation pump installed to the out of the main cabin and equipped with gaskets those no need maintenance.
• Pump activated by AC electric motor. This motor also externally installed and ventilated.
AISI 316 pneumatic controlled valves are used for the functions below:
• Main tank water inlet
• Main tank water discharge
• Pressuring and adjusting pressure in stable value.
AIR PAD SYTEM
Product specifications: By means of this system, it is possible to apply pressure even in low temperature.
It is composed as below:
• Pneumatic controlled and compressed air included execution valve.
• Pneumatic controlled pressure relief valve. Material used: Stainless steel.
INVERTER SYSTEM:
This inverter is for the 3 phases AC motor of circulation pump to drive it for changeable power frequency as step less. System enables the following items:
• According to technological conditions one-way flow (from in to out, out to in) pump liquor flow rate / preparing pressure column diagram.
• Reduce electric consumption while dyeing process.
• Stepped and controlled pump hm increase and decrease.
• Motor protection with electronic device. Induction and adjustment systems are in a separate control panel cabin.
• Inverter power voltage designed for 380 V.
WATER INPUT VALVE FOR WATER INPUT SYTEM:
• Inlet to fill the machine with soft water.
Stainless steel construction material. To connect the water supply network, connection pipe, flanges and pneumatic controlled valve.
MAIN TANK LIQUOR HEATING VALVE: For control heating ratio and temperature.
Construction material: Cast body insulator cover and stainless steel sealed bottom.
MAIN TANK LIQUOR COOLING VALVE: For control cooling ratio and temperature.
Construction material: Cast body insulator cover and stainless steel sealed bottom.
MAIN TANK LEVEL PROBE:
Include the following material
• Main tank bottom level stainless steel level probe.
• Main tank up level stainless steel level probe.
THERMOMETRIC CONTROL INSTRUMENT:
Tank temperature is controlled by stainless steel made PT100.
TANK FOR DYE AND AUXILLARIY CHEMICAL
Product specification:
The tank is separate for optimal installation.
Material used: Stainless steel.
Usable capacity: 1/8 of the main tank capacity.
• Douche pipe included at the top inside of the tank edge. Metal filter on discharge pipe.
• Pneumatic valve for filling the tank.
• Pneumatic valve for discharging the tank.
• Pneumatic valve for taking liquor inside of the tank.
• Check valve on the inlet pipe of the tank.
LEVEL PROBES FOR TANK FOR DYE AND AUXILLARY CHEMICAL:
Include the following material
• Tank bottom level stainless steel level probe.
• Tank up level stainless steel level probe.
STAINLESS STEEL CABINET FOR PROCESS CONTROL PANEL
Electro pneumatic control panel includes the materials below:
• Power control equipment with magneto - thermic switches for protecting motor.
• Electro valves and pneumatic control apparatus.
• Construction made from stainless steel.
• Inner ventilation (heating and cooling) to keep down the instruments stable temperature and humidity conditions)
• Process control and buttons, signal lamps. Signal lamps and summary display.
FULL AUTOMATIC OPERATION SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR DYEING MACHINE, ''CEDIT PROSSES CONTROL
Computer with screen, standard hardware. Thermal cycle and set values for according to steps; filling, discharging, injection of dye and chemicals and etc. All the functions are controlled to run the machine full automatic.
