For goods stocked with us we will send goods to you within 10 days after receiving your Payment. For Customized good, the delivery time depends on the total quantity required. Production will start only after an order is confirmed.

First, you will share the high -resolution logo file in PDF/JPEG file. Next ,we will produce a real sample for your confirmation .If the sample is approved ,finally we will go for mass production.

yes/but only if we are making a new mold specifically for your brand.
5.Do you produce sample ?
yes, we do depending upon the feasibility of production. The sample cost is borne by us and transportation charges by customer.
6.How is order confirmed ?
we share the proforma invoice (pI) with the order confirmation amount. Once you deposit the amount and share the receipt with us, we confirm the order and begins with production.
7.What are the channels to make payments to us ?
We accept payment by telegraphic transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C) and PayPal.
8.What is bank charges or online transaction charge and who pays it ?
Bank Transaction charges or online transaction charges are transaction fee charged by a bank or PayPal, respectively. Client pays the charges.
