Q7. Production time period of container load good?
A.  Lead time is 45 days approximately from receipt of confirmed order.Shipment transportation time is not included.

Q8. What is your payment term?

A. Payment term is 40% advance & remaining amount on documents transfer OR Irrevocable L/C at sight.

A.EXW, FOB, and CIF are accepted.

Q9. Can we get a sample at first?
A.We can surely offer you samples, so you can check the quality at first, but the sample cost and shipment concerned will be on your charge.

A.Yes , all goods are send are insured. It is covered under Marine cargo open policy ICC(A)

Q11. What should be done in case of arrival of a damaged container?
A.Depending on the situation, the damage case will be handled accordingly. However, any kind of manufacturing defect or damage due to deficient packaging will be covered by us.
