Direction : Curry-Powder Chicken Satays
- Roast curry powder with white pepper.
- Make sauce by mix 2 tbsp Roasted Curry powder, 1/2 tsp White pepper powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 cup Coconut milk, 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, Sugar and 1/4 tsp Salt together.
- Chop the chicken and marinate with sauce 15 mins.
- Put the chicken in the skewer and grill chicken for 2-3 mins. Flip over and apply coconut milk on chicken.
- Stir satay sauce on low heat. Serve with chicken satay, roasted bread, and Arjard sauce.
