- Stir-fry 50 g of Red Curry Paste with 1 tbsp cooking oil, add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk.
- Add 200 g of fresh meat, stir until done.
- Add another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk, 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water, bring to boil.
- Add 100 g of vegetables and cook until the vegetables become soften.
- Seasoning with sugar.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, and sliced chilies.
