Product Description
This new gel material boasts the qualities of both a liquid and a solid, adapting to a range of vibration forces.
Adhesive strength for a 50x50mm sized sheet is 888N (perpendicular) and 388N (horizontal), supports stainless steel
Service life: 5-7 years
Supports temperatures of: -20℃ to 75℃

Made from 5mm thick polyurethane gel.
The image shows a dashboard outfitted with both sides of the protective film removed,
the mat installed, and a pen placed on it.
Vibration when the vehicle is in motion is cut and the pen does not slip.
The mat has passed certifications by public institution for safety standards.
These include RoHS, US inflammability tests, UL94, V-2, mold-resistance tests, et cetera.
For instance, the mat can be attached to a vase or other vessel to prevent it from
falling when children or pets bump into the vase.

A set supports seismic load from 40 to 100kg.
The P-N1001C is a free size that can be cut to shape with scissors.
For packs of 10 or 100 units:

All steps, from production through crating, are handled in-house.
1. Remove any dust or dirt from the surface of the object and place of installation.
A dirty surface may cause decreased adhesion.
2. Remove one side of the protective film and attach to a flat surface.
3. Once the film has been smoothly adhered, remove the other side and attach the item.
4. After installation, do not touch the product for some time until it settles.
Note that the adhesive is very strong, so gently pull off from the edge inward.
Attempting to rapidly remove the product can cause breakage of the installed surface.
* If the backing fails to come off after gentle tugging, dip a hard plastic card
(e.g., an old credit card) in water and insert it between the mat and the object to remove more smoothly.
