Standard packing consists of corrugated paper rolls & air bubble sheets for the value items(large items).Every piece is securely fastened with corrugated & plastic bubble sheets,safeguarding vulnerable parts with foam corners. Than packed piece is packed in carton box.
On packed piece label is used showing product code,weight,case no. etc. On glass product fragile sticker are use on package.
On client customize packing is also done like wooden palette ,drop test etc. It cost is additional.
Standard packing
Furniture packed in foam, corrugated
& 70 gsm bubble sheet. And valuable
corners are packed with corners.
Carton packing
Furniture packed in 1 mm foam & 70 gsm bubble protecting valuable parts with foam corners. Than place in master cartoon.
Drop test (E-commerce packing)
Furniture pack with solid packs with 3 inch foams brackets all around & solid angeles than packed in master cartoon.
Goods are packed as per client request like standard packaging,carton packaging or E-commerce packaging.
And stuffed in container from ICD(Inland container depot). Three ICD are in Jodhpur from where container are shipped which are Concor,Thar & Rajsico.
In 20' container load 28 CBM & in 40 HU container 68 CBM goods can be occupied .
Production time period is 45-60 days approximately for container load goods.
