Description

MD 200 is mold release agent formulated with aliphatic and natural esters and other performance increase additives to release the concrete from molds in easy way.

Steel mold, plywood and timber mold.

Preparation of Substrate

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, rust and grease. Molds should be clean.

 

Application Method

MD 200 is a ready to use material. It is applied on the molds by dipping, spraying, roller or brush. It should be applied as a thin layer.

20-30 m² area is greased with 1 kg product depends on mold’s surface and type.

25 kg plastic drum

36 months in original, unopened package.

Store in dry area between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.

Clean tools and equipment with industrial type solvents immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
