An Seng holds ISO9001:2000 certification. Our quality management systems and procedures have been audited by BV an accredited UKAS certification body. This accreditation demonstrates that we have a planned management system based on nine principles. This enables us to achieve our organization's policy objectives and to illustrate our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and supplier relationships. This system is continually being updated in order to maintain an efficient and customerfriendly service. At An Seng we believe in looking after your customers as well as our customers. To enable this we have set up a freephone* product assistance and spare parts helpline to give you that extra peace of mind. We also monitor and review the data we receive through the product assistance line, enabling us to act proactively and provide suggestions to you with possible improvements to products and packaging. Product Quality AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Reports: AQL reports are carried out to ensure the quality of every product to a MILSTD 105E t d d F l STD-standard. For example, with an order quantity of 3200 items, a random batch of 125 products are manufactured and inspected to ensure all fixtures are included, the item is correctly packaged, and that it is of the standard required per the customer. No product ships unless it passes the AQL inspection, guaranteeing quality product every time. All of our factories are audited by An Seng using the following criteria: Company Structure, Company Organization, Administration, Quality Assurance Control, Worker's Wage, Facilities (Building), and Facilities (Environment). Each factory is scored against this criteria. These scores must not fall below 70% otherwise the factory fails our audit and we will not use them. Currently all of our factories operate at above 80%, SEDEX, BSCI, ICTI, FCCA, and GSV standards. We are constantly working with our factories for greater improvements and efficiencies. Our Vietnam showroom currently has more then 200 products on display and is situated within the heart of the city. Three floors of showroom space (over 5,000 square feet) allow us to show our full range of furniture and homeware products. Our DongGuan, China location had its grand-opening in early 2010.This location is staffed with more than 50 employees and offers an additional 15,000 square feet of office / showroom space.
