FAQ

1. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

MOQ of hotel furniture is 50 sets

2. How long do I receive quotation?

Based on your hotel furniture project, designs, drawings, etc... We will send quotation in 3 to 5 days after confirming your requirements. The prices are valued by 90 days from the quote date.

3. How can I get sample before an exclusive dealing contract?

- 3-5 weeks for under 5 items/5 pieces, 5-7 weeks for under 10 items/10 pieces, 7-10 weeks for 15-20 items/20 pieces on receipt of the approved shop drawing, master control color finishing on wood and metal, deposit. This lead time will be adjust depending on items more or less.
- Will be charged 200% on selling price. The delivery term for model room will be ex-work.

4. Do you make Ready-to-Ship Hotel Furniture?

No. We are a luxury hotel furniture manufacturer in Vietnam as Custom-made or Made-to-Order. Our major market is 4-5 Star Hotel in United States.  

5. Do you have a furniture catalogue with price list?

We do not have a regular furniture catalogue with retail prices. Because we produce custom hotel furniture. We will send you quotation based on your hotel projects with your designs, drawings and specifications.

6. What is your payment term?

50% deposit on receipt order and Remaining balance paid prior to shipment due out factory. 100% payment for order less than 30,000 USD on releasing PO to TD

7. How do you run your quality management?

It is crucial. base on Lived sample that will be agreed by both parties before moving forward to mass production. Again, we are a large hotel furniture manufacturer. There are many sections in our mass production. Several members of QC team will be responsible for each section. They will check and report to ensure quality in our production. 

8. What do you offer in term of warranty?

Tran Duc provides a 1-year warranty against any manufacture defects of our products, subject to the following exceptions. Please contact to see the details >
