1. For small sizes, packed in vacuum bags. Or packed in plastic bags.
2. For large sizes, wrapped in soft paper, tie with rubber rings then put them in standard export cartons.

In General, we provide FREE SHIPPING through EMS (India post) in all over the world (domestic and international) on all products.
Upgrading shipping
Additional charges are applicable if customer want to upgrade shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL, BLUEDART, etc. customer should have to inform us for shipping through other carrier rather than EMS.
Insurance
If you want to secure your shipment, all items are required to be shipped with insurance. which is not included with Free Shipping. This fee is not refundable in case of return product. Inform us if you want to do shipping with insurance.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
YANA GEM AND JEWELL is only responsible for any export(from India) customs, duty and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping (import) are the responsibility of the customer to pay (tariffs, taxes, customs, duties etc.).
Return Policy :
1. Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return your item within 14 days along with original pack, if it does not matches with our description or manufacturing defects. No other returns are accepted.
2. Buyer must inform us within 2 Days after receiving a product if there are any defects or problem.
3. Before returning a product make sure an item should not been used, tamper or any alteration done on it. If so we won't take the product back.
4. In case of return of the goods, buyer has to pay the shipping charges.
5. Shipping charges can not be refunded, however all refund will be evaluated on case to case basis.
6. Communicate with us before filing any dispute & returning the product.
7. Any additional charges, government taxes, custom charges, clearance, or any other duties levies in destination country are responsibility of buyer & need to pay by buyer.
8. Refund will be processed after receiving the product and within 7 working days.
9. In case of any query kindly contact us (drop a message) and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.
