Vegetable unrefined milk thistle oil is produced by first cold pressing from the seeds of the oil’s milk thistle variety "Debut".
The origin of milk thistle grain is private farms in the Tula and Kaluga regions. Milk thistle was grown by farmers without the use of inorganic fertilizers.
In the process of oil purification from sediment, only filters with pressurized oil pumping through them and natural sedimentation were used, no chemical reagents are used to clean oil from sediment.
Thus, 100% organic quality of the oil is achieved, the maximum content of nutrients in the oil.
Composition:
- The main substances of milk thistle oil are saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, the content of 98-99%.
- Unsaturated fatty acids:
- Linoleic acid (omega-6) - 34.8±3.0%
- Oleic acid (omega-9) - 25.7±3.5%
