Especially, the processed sea urchin foods are the blood sea urchin, raw sea urchin egg, sea urchin egg pickles, canned sea urchin egg, frozen sea urchin egg, etc, that is, the products of the highest processing facilities and know-how of our company. As products with enriched protein and amino acid, they are exported to Japan in 2007, Bosung has kept the position of the 1st domestic maker and exporter of sea urchin foods in the country.
