Our oyster is hard to shrink even after heating. We can offer you frozen oyster with shells(Sashimi grade) about 200 tons for one season. We are now exporting the frozen oyster with shells(Sashimi grade) to Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Thailand. Advantage of frozen oyster with shells(Sashimi grade) -Shelf life is 18 months, therefore, it can keep the freshness for a long time. -Our customers are able to defrost the oyster only what they need. -Since the oyster is processed in the best season, people can enjoy it with the highest standards all year around. -We can transport it by reefer container, and the costs is much cheaper than the one of live oyster by AIR. -People can open the frozen oyster easily in comparison with the live oyster. |

*Fresh fruits We do the inspection one by one. We buy the products from the supplier which is competitive with its category, so that we change the supplier for every category. As for packing, due to avoid any damage, we put buffer materials between gaps of fruits.
*Live oyster We put the live oyster and refrigerant pack into the foamed box, and transport it by air.
*Frozen oyster with shells After putting to the plastic bag, we pack it by the cardboard box, and transport it by reefer container. |
