Charpy Projector RPP-250C
Charpy Profile Projector RPP-250C is designed as per requirement for impact sample gap, metal charpy impact test method. The instrument confirm to the test in U-Type and V-Type as per processing quality of impact specimen.
The comparison is directly visible on the 250mm optical glass screen at 50times magnifications. This are strictly designed
according to the ASTM E23, IS 1499-1977 and IS 1757-1988 standards. The instrument magnifies the impact specimen gap’s outline & projects it on to screen for comparing with standards. This helps to check whether the tested specimen gap is within tolerance or not as per international standards. The comparison is directly visible & operation is very simple with high accuracy. Its multilayer coated projection lens provides high transmission with optimum contrast on fine ground glass screen, rotatable through 360 deg with vernier reading to six minute of an arc. The screen has cross and detachable clip to hold drawings/comparator charts. A precision micrometer measuring system with Rotary stage is mounted on the table. Circular graduated scale is divided into 360 deg in steps of one degree with vernier reading to 6 minutes. Lifelong smooth movement is ensured with the incorporation of hard steel balls both in longitudinal and transverse slides.
