FLOOR SL 10 R / SELF-LEVELLING FLOOR SCREED 1-10 MM RAPID CT-C30-F6

Single component, smooth surface, polymer modified, cement based rapid setting self-levelling floor screed.

Intended Uses:
• Interiors,
• In order to equalize the levels in all rooms/floors
• On surfaces with slight slope,
• Can be used in rooms, lounges, offices, corridors, waiting rooms, kitchens and bathrooms.
• In order to correct the mistakes of the irregular screeds used for heating systems,
• As a levelling screed under the final coating for tiles, PVC, parquet, floor panels etc.
• Because of the smooth surface, it is used as a screed under the carpet upholstery.
Properties:
• Creates a smooth surface with self-levelling.
• Rapid setting.
• Suitable for 1-10 mm thickness application without shrinkage, cracking and deterioration.
• Can be opened to light pedestrian traffic after 4-5 hours.
• Can be opened to pedestrian traffic at full capacity after 7 days.
• Ceramic tile and natural stone application can be done 24 hours, Parquet, carpet and PVC coating (at least 3 mm) can be done 7 days after the cast.
• Can be prepared by hand or machine.
• Easy and fast to apply.
Surface Treatment:
• The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.
• The surface must be free from residues that will prevent adhesion.
• Cement floor should be at least 28 days, concrete should be at least 3 months old.
• The surface should be moistened with water before application.
• Cracks on the surface must be repaired with TH-500 REPAIR MORTAR.
• For applications in areas with many surface defects or in large areas, it is advisable to use gauge.
• Z-100 SCREED AND FLOOR PRIMER should be applied before the application.
